Participation Risk: Parasailing is an extreme recreational activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, death, equipment failure, weather conditions, or accidents. By booking or participating in any Windy City Parasailing activity, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for these risks.

No Warranty: Windy City Parasailing LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, fitness, or suitability of any equipment, services, or activities offered. All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Windy City Parasailing LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or related to your participation in parasailing or any related activities, including those caused by negligence, weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

Medical and Physical Fitness: You affirm that you are physically capable of participating in parasailing activities and have disclosed any medical conditions that could affect your ability to safely engage in these activities.

Compliance with Laws: This limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed under Illinois and federal law. Nothing in this clause is intended to waive rights that cannot be legally waived.
