1. Introduction Welcome to www.windycityparasailing.com. By using this website, booking services, or subscribing to SMS/email communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Services We provide parasailing services, online bookings, gift cards, and marketing communications. Services may include SMS/email notifications for bookings, promotions, weather updates, and customer support.
4. Payment Payments are processed through FareHarbor. By booking, you authorize FareHarbor to handle all financial transactions securely.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior for a full refund.
- If Windy City Parasailing cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers receive a full refund or credit.
6. SMS & Marketing Communications (A2P Compliance)
- By providing your phone number and opting in via FareHarbor, you consent to receive SMS messages for booking confirmations, reminders, weather alerts, marketing, reviews, and customer support.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.
- Messages are sent in compliance with A2P 10DLC rules and applicable U.S. law.
7. Limitation of Liability Parasailing is an extreme recreational activity. Participation is at your own risk. Windy City Parasailing LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss arising from participation, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
